Hearing is a fundamental part of our day to day life that is often taken for granted. Take a second and think about the sounds we hear... the birds singing, our favorite song on the radio, children laughing or just a common conversation with our friends and family. Protecting our hearing is the first step we can take to prevent us from losing this precious sense.
At Rise Above Safety we have teamed up with a reputable Canadian manufacturer to provide quality and cost-effective custom fit ear products. Our full range of unique products include hearing protection, hunting/shooting plugs, swim plugs, sleeper plugs, communication molds, headphones and in-ear monitors for musicians. The silicone used is medical grade hypo-allergenic and comes in 16 different colours. You may also swirl your colours (up to 3 colours), add sparkles or glow in the dark additive to fully customize your earmolds!
Warranty
90-Day Earmold Fit Guarantee:
Please allow a 2-week break-in period for ears to adjust to new earmolds. We highly recommend using the earmold lubricant provided during the break-in period to assist with proper and easier insertion, and help to prevent any discomfort while the ears are adjusting to a new fit. We will modify or remake an earmold within 90 days if an earmold does not fit correctly, is uncomfortable, if there was a manufacturing error, or if filters need to be switched to a lesser or higher sound reduction. The original product must be sent back in order to be warrantied. The following are not available under the 90-Day Fit Guarantee: style changes, colour changes, or lost earmolds.
3-Year Earmold Manufacturer Warranty:
We will repair or remake an earmold within 3 years if it breaks due to manufacturing defects, or material failure. The original product must be sent back in order to be warrantied. The following are not covered under the 3-Year Earmold Manufacturer Warranty: style changes, colour changes, lost earmolds, fit issues, cords, anchors, filters, drivers, or cables.
2-Year Electronics & Radio Accessory Warranty:
We will repair/replace electronics including drivers or radio accessories within 2 years due to defects or component failure. The following are not included under the 2-Year Electronics Warranty: Earphone and Monitor cables, filters, water, moisture, or wax damage.
*Warranties do not cover damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification, misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, or improper operation or maintenance. Accessories such as cords, cables, and filters are guaranteed to be in working order at the time of delivery. All out of warranty repairs/modifications are subject to standard shipping charges.

EAR PROTECTION
Class A Solid Earplugs - NRR 26
With the highest amount of sound reduction, our Class A Solid Earplugs are a comfortable solution for work applications or recreational activities where hearing protection is required. Suitable for noise levels from drilling, concrete saws, metal work, wind noise from riding motorcycles, firearms, and countless other environments. Recommended for noise levels ≤ 105 dB.
*Please note that in extremely high noise situations above 105 dB, such as using a jackhammer, wearing double protection (earplugs and ear muffs) is recommended.

Designed with an acoustic filter, our Class B Earplugs allow speech frequencies to be heard while simultaneously protecting your hearing from damaging noise levels. Class B Earplugs are perfect for environments where communication is essential, such as for construction and industrial workers, road workers, and mechanics. Also great for motorcyclists wearing full-face helmets, so important road sounds are still able to be heard. Recommended for noise levels ≤ 95 dB.

Adjustable Class B Filtered Earplugs - NRR 25 dB
Our most versatile custom earplugs allow you to choose more or less sound reduction to suit your changing environments. The dual cord placement allows you to plug the cord into the top socket to receive 21 dB of sound reduction; this will enable you to hear speech frequencies through the acoustic filter while simultaneously protecting your hearing from damaging noise levels. When you’re exposed to even higher noise levels that require additional protection, you can plug the removable cord into the vent (bottom socket) to receive additional sound reduction at 25 decibels.

Class C Filtered Earplugs – NRR 15 dB
Class C Filtered Earplugs reduce less noise than Class A or Class B earplugs, allowing more speech and/or radio sounds in. Intended for those in moderate noise levels such as semi-truck drivers, traffic controllers, and those using light drills, or lawn mowers. Also suitable for those with hearing loss where hearing protection is still required. Recommended for noise levels ≤ 90 dB.

Shooting Earplugs
Designed for hunters, firearm enthusiasts, and artillery, the shooting plugs are made specifically for loud impulse sounds such as gunfire, nail guns, drop hammers or riveting. The acoustic filters provide continuous sound reduction, as well as increasing reduction as incoming noise levels rise. The vented design of the filters allow users to maintain spatiality and sound directionality, while minimizing the occlusion effect. The interchangeable filters can be swapped with another sound reduction level, and are compatible with the musician ear plugs.

Bluetooth Earmold
Our Bluetooth Earmold is designed to adapt to your Bluetooth device to provide clear hands-free communication that remains comfortable even when worn for extended periods of time. Unlike a generic tip, our custom earmold fits securely in your ear so it won’t fall out. Earmold only; Bluetooth device not included.
Please note: For an accurate fit, must include Bluetooth device with impressions OR email a picture showing the flange tip of your device (side view and frontal view). Most common Bluetooth devices can be adapted to a custom-fit mold; although, there are a few styles that are not recommended. Devices that are compatible: Jawbone, Plantronics, Motorola, BlueAnt, Samsung, and Jabra.
Communication Earmold
Our custom Communication Earmolds are designed for professionals who require non-obtrusive 2-way radio communication that remains in the ear. The earmold is designed to adapt to coiled or straight acoustic tubing. Choose to have the earmold vented to hear external sounds, or non-vented to reduce external sounds. One can also purchase a custom earplug to be equally protected on the other ear. This will provide comfortable communication without the use of a large headset. Acoustic tubing sold separately.
